Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques to ensure optimal patient care.
- One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
- Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
