The Rutland Regional Medical Center seeks a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to Senior Leaders. This is a critical role that requires a high degree of autonomy, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, including preparing routine and advanced correspondence, planning and organizing meetings, and managing relationships.
- Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and planning skills.
- Handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leaders, colleagues, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years' experience providing administrative support to executive level leadership.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior Leaders, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong planning and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated discretion with a high level of professionalism, handling highly sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Ability to react with appropriate level of urgency in situations that require quick response.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy and precision in administrative tasks.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
This is a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
