Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at FSRI's Greenville House residential program. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and supervision to children and adolescents in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents to thrive
  • Assist residents in making decisions about daily life, conduct, and discipline
  • Implement and maintain Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the physical and mental well-being of each resident
Requirements
  • Empathetic and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a minimum of three seats
  • Bilingual skills are compensated
Physical Demands
  • Ability to travel to and from community locations and residential site locations
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and push or pull 10 lbs or more
  • Ability to communicate effectively and be trained in de-escalation techniques
