Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a vital role in creating personalized experiences for every client. You will be part of a team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service, understand clients' beauty goals, and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personalized Beauty Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to clients.
  • Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales and Promotional Events: Participate in exciting sales events and promotions, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
  • BOPIS and Client Service: Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Competitive Hourly Rate: $22.38/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position or location.
Flexibility: Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week, allowing you to balance your work schedule with other commitments.
