Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Operate various maintenance equipment, including tractors, brush hogs, and backhoes.
- Assist skilled trades and maintenance departments as needed.
- Respond to emergency calls for service outside of regular working hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and diagrams.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
