Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support student communication and learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other educational team meetings to ensure student progress and goals are met
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • MA licensure or ability to acquire before starting
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing situations
