Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies to attract new leads and nurture existing relationships to drive sales growth.
  • New Member Sign-Ups: Work with potential members to understand their fitness goals and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Tour and Trial Booking: Schedule and conduct tours and trials to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Trial Follow-Up and Conversions: Follow up with trial members to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and convert them into paying members.
  • Internal Referral Lead Generation Program: Develop and execute a program to encourage existing members to refer their friends and family to our facilities.
Member Relations
  • Continued Support and Communication: Provide ongoing support and communication to members to ensure they are achieving their fitness goals and are satisfied with their experience.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist members with scheduling their fitness coaching appointments and signature studio classes.
  • Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that members have a positive experience when visiting our facilities.
Objectives
  • Meet Club Sales and Lead Goals: Achieve sales and lead targets to drive business growth.
  • Provide a Great Member Experience: Ensure members are satisfied with their experience and are achieving their fitness goals.
  • Assist Management as Needed: Provide support to management as required to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Ensure High Member Satisfaction: Ensure members are giving an NPS score of 8 or higher.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales and Communication Skills: Possess excellent sales and communication skills to effectively engage with members and drive sales growth.
  • Results-Driven and Motivated: Be highly motivated and results-driven to achieve sales and lead targets.
  • Passion for Fitness and Wellness: Be passionate about fitness and wellness, and have a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Team Player: Be a team player who is willing to work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $55.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn additional income through our Ambassador Bonus Program.
