Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Relationship Specialist to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our wealth management group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients, providing expert fiduciary services, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients by working closely with the client service team, clients, and their professional advisors to develop a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Provide proactive advice to clients on First Horizon's products and services, emerging market trends, regulatory changes, and relevant tax matters.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional client service through responsive communication, diplomacy, and tact, while also exhibiting excellent time management skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with First Horizon's fiduciary standards and practices, applying this knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources and external professional advisors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of trust principles, regulatory matters, and tax laws related to trust administration.
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Superb oral, written, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CFP or CTFA, and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience.
