Pest Elimination Specialist
Ecolab's Pest Elimination team is dedicated to safeguarding public health, food safety, and property from pests. As a Pest Elimination Specialist, you will be part of a team that helps protect facilities, employees, and brands by providing science-based expertise and cutting-edge innovation to solve complex pest challenges.

In this role, you will work with various customers in the hospitality industry and other commercial businesses to identify solutions to pest problems and help them protect their brand and success. You will establish effective working relationships with customers, keep up-to-date with Ecolab's product/service offerings and industry conditions, and use handheld computerized equipment to manage services and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues.

This position requires successful completion of a 5-week comprehensive training program, which includes in-field and classroom training. You will be required to travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Saint Paul, Minnesota for one week of the training program. The remaining weeks will be in-field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travel-related expenses.

The estimated salary for this position is $46,000 - $56,000 per year. This compensation package includes a company service vehicle for business use, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement in service, sales, or management.
