Job Summary

The Corporate Responsibility Coordinator will assist in managing external and internal grant programs, community engagement initiatives, monthly and annual giving, and analytics reporting. This role includes supporting event management and coordinating smaller projects like blood drives and holiday activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer external and internal grant programs, including application processing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies and volunteer programs.
  • Coordinate monthly and annual giving programs, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of funds.
  • Analyze data related to community engagement, volunteerism, and giving programs to measure impact and inform future initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, such as community outreach programs, volunteer activities, and special projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience in administration in an office setting. Experience with non-profit organizations is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
