We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time professionals in our dental offices who are compassionate, attentive, and eager to assist our patients and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established dental front office procedures for opening and closing.
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls on a multi-line system, and execute general administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate patient flow between front and back office through effective communication with dental professionals and other staff.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establish accounts, and create charts for new patients.
  • Oversee the daily schedule of the office, making appointments and adjustments as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front office role is required; dental front office experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary (experience with QSI is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
