Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Busser to join our team at Bon Appetit Management Company. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Stock and maintain all service stations, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
  • Assist food servers with table service, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor, using standard cleaning products and equipment.
  • Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
