Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining rooms by setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting servers with table service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Stock and maintain service stations with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, including serving guests and replenishing supplies
  • Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Fold napkins and maintain an adequate supply
  • Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills and handling special guest requests
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically able to lift and move tables and chairs, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
