About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Lose Design. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a strong problem-solving attitude. As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing timely updates, and ensuring that all databases are up-to-date with progressing work and client details.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff members as needed.
  • Monitor and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and technical skills.


**Requirements:**
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office software and technology.
