UNIQLO Sales Associate

Position Overview:
The Sales Associate serves as the cornerstone of customer engagement within the store. Their primary responsibility is to surpass customer expectations by attentively addressing their needs, guiding them to suitable products, delivering comprehensive product insights, and finalizing sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Uphold brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional service by adhering to UNIQLO's service standards and principles.
- Assist with fitting room operations as necessary.
- Process transactions accurately as a cashier when required.
- Handle inventory shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store-related issues.
- Educate customers about products and the brand.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any violations to management.
- Support special projects as directed by management.
- 30% employee discount.

•Hourly Rate: $17.00
*The offered hourly rate is determined by various factors, including overall experience, relevant qualifications, education, certifications, applicable skills, and the position's location.

Role Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, read computer screens, and lift or move objects weighing at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
- Average of 32 or more hours per week based on business needs.
- Open availability on weekends (consideration for religious exemptions).
- Availability restrictions limited to two days per week.
