Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Department Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the success of our store.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team
* Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
* Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
* Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
* 1+ year of retail management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with inventory management and ordering
* High school diploma or equivalent required
