Your Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO, ISMS, TISAX, QMS, and Safety protocols.
  • Verify materials shipped to customer specifications using provided documentation.
  • Process outbound and inbound transactions, creating relevant documents.
  • Provide office support, maintain inventory of office/equipment supplies, and order as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team lead for warehouse activity coordination.
  • Audit and assist with inventory control.
  • Prepare Bill of Lading for outgoing shipments.
  • Verify and print Transfer Orders for finished goods.
  • Schedule truck and express shipment pickups.
  • Assist with auditing and maintenance of warehouse records and filing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports related to warehouse operations.
