Operations Work Lead Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking an experienced Operations Work Lead to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive success in a dynamic and innovative environment.

As an Operations Work Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations workflow and assisting the team with executing transactions and processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operations workflow, assisting team members with escalated issues, and identifying and addressing exceptions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing multiple priorities, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and providing guidance to team members. You will also be expected to partner internally to resolve escalations and provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the operations workflow and assist the team with executing transactions and processes.
  2. Monitor and coordinate the operations workflow and assist team members with escalated issues.
  3. Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation.
  4. Partner internally to resolve escalations and provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
  5. Coaches team members and provides applicable training.
  6. Provides input on team member performance and development.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Strong background in operations management, with experience in managing multiple priorities, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and providing guidance to team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Pittsburgh, PA.
