  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure that they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure that guest requests are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the housekeeping department is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
