Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment center operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Technical proficiency and ability to perform high-level technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a large team of operational staff
  • Experience with personnel management, including hiring and firing, and familiarity with Massachusetts employment law
  • Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes
  • Experience running a large-scale operation for a high-growth or fast-paced company
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $95,000
  • Full-time exempt position with no overtime requirements
