As a Restoration Project Manager/Estimator, your role will involve assessing properties and preparing detailed estimates for various restoration services, including Pack Outs, Remediation, Abatements, Mitigation, and Reconstruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise scopes of work for projects and generate estimates using specialized software and hardware.
- Facilitate customer and client approval for project scopes and estimates.
- Review documentation from job sites to ensure compliance with client requirements and proper billing procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, vendors, and insurance representatives.
- Adhere to guidelines set by TPA, Corporate, and other program requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer and client experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction as reflected in online reviews.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential customers.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of estimating experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- IICRC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces).
- Proficient in repetitive physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
- Ability to work with cleaning agents safely.
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
