As a key member of our Business Development Firm, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our clients and their consumers by providing exceptional customer support and outreach services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced Community Outreach Associates to gain a comprehensive understanding of our outreach and promotional strategies
  • Attend daily meetings that comprise of product knowledge training, account status updates, and brainstorming sessions to enhance daily interactions with consumers and improve conversion rates
  • Communicate directly with select accounts and demonstrate professionalism while adhering to CDC and client compliance guidelines
  • Utilize our current Point of Sale (POS) system to complete the enrollment process for consumers
  • Ensure new members are fully educated on all products and services offered and that all questions or concerns have been addressed
  • Adhere to our company policies and demonstrate an understanding of our core leadership values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields of study
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service, sales, or other consumer-facing industries
  • Desire for growth and advancement within an organization
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly and effectively
  • Proficiency in communicating externally and internally
  • Team-oriented, driven, and competitive spirit
