This role involves providing specialized healthcare services to pediatric patients, ensuring they receive the individualized care they require. As a Pediatric Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, adhering to established healthcare plans and protocols.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions, including vital signs, physical and developmental assessments, and observation of signs and symptoms.
  • Collaborating with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and specialized therapies as prescribed and monitoring the patient's response to such interventions.
  • Monitoring and managing medical equipment and assistive devices used by patients, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
  • Assessing and providing support to patients' families or caregivers, educating them on medical conditions, treatment plans, and required care.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patients' medical records, including assessments, nursing interventions, and patient progress.

In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients. If you have a strong background in pediatric nursing and are passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and their families, we encourage you to apply.

We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $32.00 to $35.50 per hour, based on experience. Our ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience working as an RN, preferably in pediatric nursing, pediatric home care, or a related field. A graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing with a strong understanding of pediatric chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities, and acute care needs is also essential.
