We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team and provide personalized care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in nursing, strong background in patient care, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for their patients.

Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs, focusing on personalized treatment and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
