Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of General Management experience in a multi-unit food environment or food service industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leadership, with experience in managing a team of management and staff, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Culinary Institution or Hospitality program preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and skills. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a leave program based on employment status.
