Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated To-Go Order Specialist for our IHOP South location. This role is essential in ensuring our guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attention to Detail: To-Go Specialists must possess a keen eye for detail and comprehensive knowledge of our menu. Accuracy is crucial in off-premise dining to meet guest expectations.
  • Guest Interaction: When not engaged with carry-out orders, Specialists will greet and seat guests, as well as manage the expediting of dine-in orders.
  • Compensation: The starting hourly wage is $10.
  • Benefits: Our franchise provides health, vision, and dental insurance for employees averaging 30 or more hours per week after a brief eligibility period.
  • Peak Times: Weekends and holidays are our busiest periods, and we rely on all staff to provide excellent service to our guests.
