Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Portfolio Supervisor to oversee the transmission engineering portfolio, driving efficiency and quality delivery. As part of our team, you will supervise direct reports, monitor performance, and provide guidance on project planning and coordination.

You will work closely with principal engineers to develop conceptual designs, ensure alignment with company standards, and manage inventory levels. Additionally, you will prepare proposal documents for acquiring outside services, handle disciplinary actions, and address employee concerns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in transmission engineering and personnel management.

A successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program, plus at least three years of related experience or equivalent combination. A Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) license in Arkansas or eligibility within 12 months and a Professional Engineering (PE) license within 18 months are required. Our competitive salary package includes a range of $104,200 - $129,800 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
