Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Support Specialist to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, coordinating with customers and technicians, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer preferences, technician availability, and shop capacity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries.
  • Accurately input customer information, appointment details, and vehicle information into our dealership's management system.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and address any concerns.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and customer issues, finding solutions or escalating problems to appropriate team members.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates a high level of hospitality, kindness, and optimism in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience is not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including dealership management software.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse, and lift up to 25 pounds.
