Job Title: Retail Sales Lead Position

About the Role:

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team at the Somerset Collection in Troy, MI. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional retail store customer experience and supporting sales and operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
* Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on our products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
* Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment through events, promotions, and community projects.
* Provide training and feedback on our customer experience playbook and other performance expectations.
* Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
* Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
* Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
* Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
* Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
* Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
* Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
* Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.

Requirements:

* 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
* Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
* Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
* Ability to work with large teams.
* Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
* Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
* Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
* Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
