About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a caseload of 6-8 children in a home-based setting, providing individualized support and guidance to families.
  • Manage and train RBTs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Provide parent coaching and support to help families achieve their goals and milestones.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to drive positive outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
