We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

BrightSpring Health Services is a leading provider of holistic behavioral health services. We integrate care for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities, providing a comprehensive approach to support their unique needs.
Responsibilities
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective implementation of plans and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Conduct home visits and observations to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
• Provide training and in-service training to staff on behavior supports and documentation
• Develop and maintain effective record-keeping systems to ensure accurate and timely information
• Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to support individual development goals
• Assist in developing procedures for training materials and ensuring program operations are in compliance with established guidelines
Qualifications
• Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Specialized training in basic applied behavior principles, including plan implementation, data collection, behavior interventions, and risk identification
• Continuing Education Training in behavior supports
