We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals, families, and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Conduct home visits and observations to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of individual progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in behavioral health and developmental psychology.
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Specialized training and experience in basic applied behavior principles, including understanding of plan implementation, data collection, behavior interventions, and risk identification.
- Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports.
