We are actively seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will serve as a vital link between our customers, Sales, and the Production Department, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone or in person to provide information about our products and services, process orders, and address complaints.
- Coordinate customer orders by managing all aspects of order specifications and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Perform additional tasks related to sales and customer service as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
- Physical ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
