About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Lighthouse, you will work closely with our team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.




  • Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
  • Collaborate with our team to implement custom therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Use your creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
  • Help children progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for a successful transition to a traditional school environment.
  • Track and document progress for each child, implementing custom therapy programs.

Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required. Experience working with children is a plus, but not necessary.

  • A deep commitment to supporting learners in their progress.


Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred. Safety is a top priority at Lighthouse, and you'll undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
