We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Retail Manager to join our team at TJ Maxx. Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to store management, including maintaining associate personnel files, performing daily cash office functions, and maintaining cash office standards.

  • Store Operations: Assist with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisitioning.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
