We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients struggling with mental health conditions.

About the Role:

This position involves providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health disorders in a behavioral health setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, including psychiatric symptoms and risk factors

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate care and support patients' overall well-being

• Advocating for patients' rights and promoting a supportive environment conducive to healing and recovery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current RN license

• BLS certification (additional certifications as required by the facility)

• 2 years of recent experience in behavioral health nursing

• Strong communication and adaptability skills

Compensation Package:
