At Pennsylvania Transformer Technology LLC, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in analyzing existing processes and developing new engineering standards for electrical transformers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the development of new engineering standards for electrical transformers, ensuring compliance with industry and company best practices.
- Maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- At least 36 months of experience in the job offered or as an Electrical Engineering Professional.
- 3 years of experience with designing voltage transformers with two or more windings.
**Working Conditions:**
- Monday through Friday.
- Background check and drug test required.
