- Perform equipment repairs, including preventative maintenance and emergency service, of printers and multifunction devices at client locations.
- Manage an organized parts inventory, ensuring accuracy to within 1.5%.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and image, adhering to company standards.
- Display strong dependability, particularly in regards to attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company-distributed assets, including vehicles, laptops, gas cards, and cell phones.
Requirements:
- Formal electronics training or equivalent experience.
- A strong electromechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with some networking knowledge a plus.
- A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
- Effective time management skills to efficiently manage and route service calls.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform light lifting.
- Respond to client concerns and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
