  • Perform equipment repairs, including preventative maintenance and emergency service, of printers and multifunction devices at client locations.
  • Manage an organized parts inventory, ensuring accuracy to within 1.5%.
  • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and image, adhering to company standards.
  • Display strong dependability, particularly in regards to attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of company-distributed assets, including vehicles, laptops, gas cards, and cell phones.

Requirements:

  • Formal electronics training or equivalent experience.
  • A strong electromechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with some networking knowledge a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
  • Effective time management skills to efficiently manage and route service calls.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform light lifting.
  • Respond to client concerns and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
