Job Summary

Komax Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be a part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers
  • Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines
  • Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with skills in training, installing, and repairing industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • MS-Office and general personal computer knowledge
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
