We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 3 to join our Surgical Oncology Stepdown team at the University of Miami Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meals and feeding patients, as well as ambulating, turning, and positioning patients
- Administer enemas, douches, and other medical treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collect and process patient specimens, including urine and blood samples
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant license required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
