Key Responsibilities

  • Develop core FileNet components and ensure they meet the required standards and processes.
  • Implement, develop, configure, support, and troubleshoot FileNet and its supporting applications.
  • Configure FileNet P8, migrate documents from one system to another, and verify document security using custom tools.
  • Develop and support other off-the-shelf and custom-developed document management solutions as needed.
  • Exposure in developing and configuring custom applications and web services to customize Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of required application changes to support project requirements.
  • Ensure standards and processes are being followed and maintained.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
  • Experience working in an engineering capacity (planning, design, implementation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and support) of high availability Enterprise Content Management systems (IBM FileNet Image Services, IBM FileNet P8 ECM Suite including; Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, Workplace, CFS).
  • Experience working in an engineering capacity (planning, design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support) of highly available farmed J2EE Application server infrastructures (IBM WebSphere ND) and Records Management platforms (IBM Enterprise Records).
  • Experience working in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
