Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill children with congenital or acquired cardiac disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
  • Assess and document patient condition, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Pediatric Cardiac ICU or similar setting.
  • Cardiac experience preferred.
