  • Startup Support: Provide startup support in the field to ensure smooth operation of control systems.
  • Project Management: Estimate time and expense requirements for project tasks and manage scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with team members, including the Engineering Manager, to ensure timely project completion.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Decision Making: Make decisions efficiently based on available information, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Controls or Automation Engineer, with a strong background in PLC/Robotics programming, panel design, and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Automation systems such as ABB, Fanuc, Allen Bradley PLC & HMI, and proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical competence through ongoing education and training.
