Industrial Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at MOTREX Co. Ltd in Muncie. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lead battery recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, and control systems
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Install and upgrade electrical systems, including conduit runs, wire pulls, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with maintenance team to prioritize and schedule electrical work
- High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman's card or 2-year technical degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or repair
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including 480V three-phase, control power, and MA signals
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb industrial ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Competitive hourly rate up to $35.49 depending on experience
