Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience working with SAP systems to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer requests, quotes, and orders in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and requests for parts via phone, fax, or email in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Utilize SAP to manage and track part ordering processes, providing timely quotations and order confirmations to customers.
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer requests based on urgency and accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source and supply parts to customers efficiently.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Continuously improve process efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or German are highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience reading technical documentation.
