About the Role

This Material Handling Specialist position at Malco Products Inc. involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process and ship outgoing products, meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Assist production teams by setting up automotive orders and performing designated activities.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  4. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
