Position Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions aimed at equipping job seekers with the necessary skills for their career journeys.
  • Coordinate online educational activities, assigning relevant courses aligned with individual employment objectives and tracking progress.
  • Administer pre- and post-assessments in accordance with the established curriculum and certification requirements.
  • Evaluate skills, aptitudes, and abilities through comprehensive assessments.
  • Research, identify, and deliver suitable curriculum to fulfill course objectives effectively.
  • Ensure all training sessions are well-prepared, including necessary materials and room arrangements.
  • Perform additional training and management duties as required.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 3 years in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation, particularly in career preparation.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • The capacity to lead educational processes and connect with diverse groups.
