Position Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions aimed at equipping job seekers with the necessary skills for their career journeys.
- Coordinate online educational activities, assigning relevant courses aligned with individual employment objectives and tracking progress.
- Administer pre- and post-assessments in accordance with the established curriculum and certification requirements.
- Evaluate skills, aptitudes, and abilities through comprehensive assessments.
- Research, identify, and deliver suitable curriculum to fulfill course objectives effectively.
- Ensure all training sessions are well-prepared, including necessary materials and room arrangements.
- Perform additional training and management duties as required.
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 3 years in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and facilitation, particularly in career preparation.
- Strong skills in facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- The capacity to lead educational processes and connect with diverse groups.
