A TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE INCLUDES:


Delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, restocking products, and providing creative suggestions for product usage throughout the market.

Ensuring that products are fresh, rotated, well-stocked, and properly labeled.

Utilizing various equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, carts, hand trucks, and ladders.

Assisting with promotional activities and displays within the department.

Maintaining a clean, inviting, and safe department environment.

Exhibiting a service-oriented attitude towards colleagues by offering assistance and collaborating effectively.

Adhering to all safety and security policies as well as sustainability initiatives.

Operating in alignment with the Company's Core Values and Brand (we will provide you with all the necessary information).

THIS ROLE MAY BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

You possess at least 1 year of experience in the grocery sector.


You have a passion for all things grocery, enjoy being part of a dynamic team, and appreciate the beauty of well-organized shelves and storage areas.

You have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service with a patient, composed, and positive demeanor, even under pressure.


You are eager to embrace new challenges, adaptable to change, and excel at building relationships with a diverse array of individuals.


You demonstrate commitment to hard work and possess the self-discipline to complete departmental tasks efficiently and accurately.

You communicate effectively, listen attentively, and are comfortable asking questions to find the best solutions.

You are available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as retail operations are open every day except for Christmas Day.


You are at least 18 years old and have the physical capability to lift and carry 50 lbs (some items can be heavy), possess excellent manual dexterity, and can bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods.


Entry Level Compensation:
USD $17.90/Hr.

Maximum Compensation:
USD $24.15/Hr.
