We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Access Management Team at Inspira Health Network. As the Director of Access Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare teams and patients, and driving consistency in every patient and colleague encounter.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the planning, directing, and coordinating of all activities and personnel in the assigned scope.
- Direct responsibility for Human Resources functions, including hiring, firing, development of action plans, and completion of annual performance evaluations.
- Promote excellence in patient experience by monitoring patient feedback, responding to issues, and reinforcing best practices.
- Support key initiatives related to ambulatory division and organization.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and employees.
- Enforce adherence to Inspira policy and procedure and standards, including but not limited to HIPAA and Compliance Code of Conduct.
- Monitor and track performance of quality metrics and key performance indicators, including financials, and identify trends that need to be addressed.
- 10 years of experience managing a team is required.
- 5 years of minimum Call Center experience is required.
- Experience in healthcare preferred. Proficient skills with computer programs and call center technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Experience using a CRM platform, MS Dynamics preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is Required.
