We are seeking a part-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team. Please note that this role is with an independently owned franchise.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Strong computer and internet proficiency.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor.
- A professional appearance.
- Excellent phone communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including spelling and math.
- Reliability and responsibility.
- Willingness to work as scheduled.
- Capability to lift over 40 pounds without assistance.
- Availability for approximately 20-25 hours per week.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both walk-in customers and those inquiring via phone.
- Greeting every customer who enters the store.
- Practicing active listening skills with customers and team members.
- Understanding and addressing the shipping needs of customers, offering suitable solutions.
- Learning about all product and service offerings, as well as industry trends.
- Operating all equipment and software proficiently and assisting others in learning.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Performing various tasks within the store, including faxing, scanning, copying, printing, shredding, and processing transactions on the Point of Sale System.
- Completing tasks with a positive attitude and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Being available to work some weekends and closing shifts.
Part-time
CompensationPay: $15.00 per hour
